A UX class project focused on solving the challenge of keeping pub crawl groups connected and coordinated.
Challenge
Our team noticed how hard it was for organizers to gather everyone when it was time to move to the next bar. We set out to design a lightweight, easy-to-use app that helps participants regroup quickly without relying on easily ignored notifications.
Outcome
Inconsistent branding and poor structure made the site difficult to navigate. I set out to simplify, rebrand, and rebuild a more intuitive experience within a four-month timeline.
